With over 15 years of hands-on experience, Joe has navigated complex deals, managed significant portfolios, and crafted successful redevelopment strategies. His journey began with Picerne continued with The Michaels Organization focusing on apartment development from Texas to Puerto Rico. He then went to a Midwest private equity firm to focus on capital markets until 2019 when he decided to found his own development and consulting firm which has focused on reflecting a genuine dedication to reshaping the Sunshine State in a way that’s best for the whole community.
